Ingredients:
1 Ziplock plastic bag about 150mm square
2 eggs
A little salt and pepper
Some grated cheese
Some mixed dried herbs
A little chopped fresh tomato
Almost anything which is normally used in an omelette
Method:
Open bag.
Break eggs into bag
Put other stuff into bag
Expel most of the air from bag
Close bag
Squish all the stuff in the bag together using your fingers
and thumbs. Open bag a bit and expel as much or the
remaining air as possible. Drop bag into a large pan of
boiling water. After 3 minutes carefully turn bag over and
leave in boiling water for another 3 minutes. Remove
from water, decant omelette onto plate and eat - yum!
