VASS Certificates

I will sson need a vass Vicroads engineers certificate for a modified
vehicle.  Has anyone had experence with vass engineers and who is good and
who is not good.

Kevin Williams in Plenty is about the best.

Wont pass sh.t that isnt legal though, but will give you tips on how
to get it legal..
