Hi all,

Is there any information on the internet that lets you look-up toyota parts
information, just like that software program the dealers use in their spare
parts departments ?

I am looking for wiring harness information on the new GXL series 100 V8
petrol crusier.  I have fitted some spotlights and simply want to tap off
the existing wiring harness to operate the relay switch under the hood.
Also, any information on original switch equipment on the dash that can be
fitted to operate the spotties instead of an after market switch (which
never seem to look just right do they ?)

Cheers All

tapping the high beam is easy
just tap into the wire just behind the headlights(I'm not sure which is
the highbeam on the 100 series, the top or bottom light, just switch the
lights from low to high and note which one goes on and off)
run that to the relay and your done

as for the dash switch, are there any spare switch spaces on the dash
anywhere?
if so go into Toyota and buy a switch that fits

Kev
