I have some heating oil surplus and I haver heard it can be used as diesel fuel. Anyone know details? Mixing ratio etc? Bristan G'day Briston. It is called Bio-diesel and it is not as easy to make as it sounds. Have a look back through some of the conversations in this group. We talked about it roughly 2 weeks ago. pit stop Bookshop in Perth sells a book all about it. I can't recall it's name exactly but do a search on Bio Diesel and you should get results. Even though "Heating Oil" was mentioned my brain confused it with "cooking oil"!! I think I may need to go back and lay down for a while!! Garry |
