Are 3.0 litre Diesel GU Patrols hard on clutches?  I'm thinking about
buying one.  I mentioned it to a mate of mine, who is a mechanic, and he
claimed that the 3 litre diesel GU Patrols are hard on clutches.

Is this true?

Steve roly got 50,000 out of his, and nissan told him he should be
happy with that... he was towing a trailer a bit though.

Hows your driving style? Depends totally on how you treat it, slipping
clutchs or heavy loads dont treat em well.

The NT Govt are always getting clutches in their Missans. I have heard
reports they are very very expensive. Get a quote off Nissan to confirm.

My Troop carrier is on the orig clutch at 340000km.
