No photoshop, been there and seen it. They are from the main car show
in Japan, Tokyo Auto Salon. The pics shown there were mainly just the
people who hangout in the car park. Inside is like this (from the same

I wonder what the Japanese police think of most of those, they wouldn't
last long on our roads before ending up with enough defects to end up on
a flat top.

Haven't you been overseas?
Most countries aren't police states like here and NZ and don't give a sh.t
about what you drive or how you drive unless you actually hurt of kill
someone.. THEN you are in the poo.

It used to be some U.S. states would register anything as long as they
were rust free with ok tyres and the headlights were more than a certain
amount above the road .

I remember reading a story years ago in one of the yanky hotrod magazines
about a rail dragster that was registered. I can't remember which state it
was but they claimed that there were virtually no restrictions on what
could be driven in that state.

I see cars here with their tyres sticking out to the sides, uncovered.
Engines exposed. People riding in the backs of utes. And many cars are total
rust buckets as they salt the roads. The cars the mexicans grind around in
are held together with string.

Back home we're still allowed to ride in the back of Trucks(utes) as long as
you're over 12.
You must have windshield wipers, but not necessarily a windshield...
We had an olllld (197xish) Chevy Dually ranch truck, that had to be
re-registered...took it into a mechanic, he looked at it...superglued some
red plastic over the brake lights and said "does it run ok?" and that was
it...

This is butt ugly!

I see you can buy those things for 15 grand, one year old, in the Sunday
Mail??

So that means they drop 50% in value in one years!!

No small wonder the new ones don't sell.

Bloody hell.
Imagine arriving at a building site in that weird looking agitator
truck, the building workers would beat you to death if they didn't die
laughing first:-)
