This is so when a driver escapes (quite often) all and sundrey can be
accused and are forced to prove they are not guilty of running as
opposed to the rozzers proving who did it ... shity piss poor shotgun
approach .
 Next time I do a fast run in one of the toys I'll be using someone
elses plates . ( kmart park here I come)

common place in US...for anything street racing related,alot of nice
cars possibly lost.
Would add to the thrill I would imagine.
It is sorta a good idea,keeps the ricers and the mags with billibongs
on the right side of the road  and only those with real cars or illegal
modifications or who can drive are able to break free from chases
without revealing identitiy.
People have told me of easily getting away from police in stock HT's
back in the mid 80's through the streets in direct chases,just to the
fact of being able to out drive police,these days you do always want to
be gone and have some spare acylic paint in the shed and a tandem
trailer and cammo for the pickup from the bush.
Been there...lots of fun when the police get corrupt.

Not really, in the country where few cars are stolen, 99% of them are pissed
idiots with no licence. They should be shot and the car sold to fund care
for accident victims
