It is, also check out the consumer action... Mitsubishi wants the consumer
to contact them putting the onus on the consumer whilst Holden contacts the
consumer by letter.

Still, it's an improvement on past practice where the consumer needed
an order from a court in Japan to go rifling through the lockers of
Mitsubishi execs to uncover secret details of hushed-up faults, no?
Kudos to them, I say.

Maybe they cannot afford posting the letters to the consumers now.

Awaits for the Mitsu can't do no wrong bullshit to start again.:-)
