WT's, vests, first aid kits, fire extinguishers etc - once this is passed,
the items then go beyond current UN "Social Policy" and start to have
greater market 'bite'.

In 10 years they'd then likely become mandatory items for contracting
parties, we'll see.

without reading the document,Those contracting parties should start
with police,medical and fire sevice.
Came down round a couner over the sidling in North East Tas. the other
night, normally if dry I would have been doing 130kph through that
bend, however on wet roads back to 50-60kph,right on the apex of the
blind banked couner was parked a late model falcon with hazards on,as i
saw this I also saw blue light disco's flashing the trees above,I had
all of 25m to stop.
Hit the brakes, started sliding towards the rear of the falcon, manovered
to the opposite lane the miss him, still sliding, ended up stopping nose
to nose on the other side of the road.
All the cops looked up my way as I dumped the clutch in reverse to get
the hell back.

turns out there was 1 police 4x4's an ambo and 2 fire trucks.all
sitting round that bend and a old toyota a bit dinged up.
Those cops should have that road blocked off for 500m up the road.
I backed back up the road about 50m where clear road was visable, was
just about to put up my triangle(no hazards in 1968),when the cop comes
rolling up the road and asks me if I had been drinking.....had me
baffled, told him that I had backed up the road to make sure people
could see,he was not one bit concerned....silly.

Found the new falcon driver stopped outside the local bank on my way
though....lol.
