Wow I am impressed  no really I am.
The kind of impressed that I need to have a giant dump just to express it.

Yep, mate of mine has just bought a 380 Sport after many years of
totally reliable service from his TH Magna.

$31,000 with the high level of appointments swayed him from anything
offered by the rest.
Kept the Magna as well..

Of course.  Even a Mits dealership wouldn't trade that in.

For 38 and a half grand, it'd want to be.

Yeah a decent spec Liberty is only $33,00 currently.
I know which I would choose even if only for resale value.

Hmm, if you buy one for $38k I wonder what that same car would be worth the
next day. $34k? Next month prbably still $34k but two years down the
track..... $18-22K maybe? Thats one hell of a expensive two years motoring.

Yeah, had an opportunity to travel down to Bundanoon the other day in
a Liberty.
Other than the AWD, it was coarse and noisy as have Subarus always
been and didn't come up well against the 380.

Oh and my maye paid 31 for his 380 Sport

Resale or not I would still pick the suby over any other mid sized family

A Mazda 6 does not even come close to the Honda Accord Euro in every
department.
