I was reading about that in a magazine, and the guy driving it said he got
off the throttle and stayed off once the car bent the wheelie bars. It just
looked like it was still under power as it was doing around 80mph by the
time it hit the ground.

Pretty hard running N/A big block Ford.

Time to invest in some new wheelie bars. Maybe some I-beams direct

Well, yes I used to do that on my YZ250WR dirt bike. A car, not
so sure about.
