Which is precisely why Noddy et al should be DISCOURAGING LPG use. The
less people who use it, the better for those who do, because they are
more likely to slip under govco's radar.
You can't beat govco, but you can sometimes escape their notice.

You're right, but it wouldn't really matter if I walked around with a
flashing light on my head and a sandwich board with "Use LPG and you';;
discover true savings" written on it. The majority of the car buying public
will always be ignorant and wary of it, and it'll only ever be a minority
fuel behind petrol and diesel.
