Datto's are brilliant, once you do the suspension and a few tweaks here and there they scream. I doubt there's many cars built now that could take the beating a 120Y can. On dirt roads like where I grew up they are the most fun car to fang I have ever driven. 13" wheels and 205/60X13 tyres. My brother took his to the top of cape York. Ok they didn't drive like a fairlane but I have driven worse. Simple motor, easy to repair, ideal to learn on. A beefy bloke can lift the motor out and in without an endless chain. I did however learn that they are allergic to trucks that don't "Give way", but then most cars are.
