LOL! petrol was obviously involved as per usual in
accidents. Amazes me it is still used as a fuel.

so when can I start posting news links to the current spate of diesel
powered semi trailers bursting into flames all along our freeway system, get
of your "Petrol Burns" bandwagon and go seek some professional help.

If they were all stinky oil burners the flames would have been hotter :)

Very true, however unlikely to have originated.

I'm still unsure how that _really_ happened. I'ts not like an ice
rink out there to cause pile ups.

Yeah, right. Only in the minds of those wierdo's who think Diesel isn't a
flammable fuel :)

It is the reason they don't make petrol powered tanks ya-know!

Maybe Pat will put a turret on the lux. I know if I was living in
Sydney, I'd want a 90mm minimum (I'll bet David Z couldn't even make a
good joke out of that)

Saw that on the news, they get a few like that.

UAE and the Gulf States don't have mandatory rear fogs like their Euro
neighbours, incl Turkey.  They accept North American lighting regs and
explains that, like America where rear fogs are optional, they get many of
these fog/sand storm multi's.

EU with its 495 million pop gets them too, but by a large per-capita
reduction, and in total number/s too.  The damned things work.

UAE like AUS use hazard-warning lights on moving vehicles under fog
conditions, which is contrary to the UN Road Traffic Conventions.
