UAE and the Gulf States don't have mandatory rear fogs like their Euro neighbours, incl Turkey. They accept North American lighting regs and explains that, like America where rear fogs are optional, they get many of these fog/sand storm multi's. EU with its 495 million pop gets them too, but by a large per-capita reduction, and in total number/s too. The damned things work.
