"Surveillance Mode" switch is pressed, which may not be intended by
driver

Product Info: The campaign relates to and is restricted to VE -
Current and Ex Police and Emergency Service vehicles which were built
prior to 12 March 2008

Defect Details:  "Surveillance Mode" switch when pressed will turn off
the headlights when the headlight switch is in the "Auto" position

Consumer action: The owners of the affected vehicles will be contacted
by letter at their last registered address

It's to deprogram a feature (not a fault) present on emergency vehicles that
shouldn't be present when the cars are sold as used cars.
