Those QT chaps that think up 'if you drive on drugs' and the lower punch line of
'you're out of your mind' that is supposed to reform all drugged out losers
and get them off the road have got the biggest problem, being retarded and being
in a place of influence, that dribble these stupid slogans that make f.ck all
difference to the road toll. If the tool that thought that up is paid more than
$5 an hour he/she/it should be sacked.
