Bloody hell lad.
Just turn up and claim your prize.
I'm far too far from the scene of the alleged crimes to turn up to watch

I find it ironic that both websites are blocked and I can't get the
publisher to return my calls so I can buy the book and read about this great
injustice.

I got the book from http://www.hesperianpress.com/ and ordered it over
the internet with no problems. They have got heaps of Australiana
books some of which I have also purchased from them. If you don't
like giving info over the net you can print off their order form and
do it by snail mail. BTW I found "The Golden Rule" an interesting
read.

I expected I'd have to do the mail order: I'd rather pay cash. You probably
