Higher Revs when shifting...

about 50% of the time when going from 1st to 2nd & lately to 3rd, when i
depress the clutch, the engine revs higher. Had the dealer check it out
but couldnt find the problem. any suggestions? thanks....

Let up the accelerator pedal at the same time as releasing the clutch.
