How is the drivers side front door panal removed on a 1995 A6Q?

IIRC two small phillips screws on the upermost corners of the panel
and another 2 more behind the handle cover. Panel should be able to
slide up, then out.

having great difficulty removing drivers door panel its that tight it seems
bonded any help.
