Doesn't look like it.  For the UK, I would imagine there will be a
number plate stuck right in the middle of that grill, which is a shame.

Probably wouldn't survive more than a week of London parking without
damage.

Hopefully the grille is very flexible or it can't be imported into any
area with bumper resilience requirements.  Shards of grille sticking out
would probably be considered damage that reduces the safety of the car.

All you need is for someone with a (never used) towbar to park in
front of you...
