Hello all and thanks in advance for any replies.

Ive got an Audi A4 se 1.8 1999 model and the driver seat manual height
changer on the right side of the seat seems broken.

Basically now the seat just bounces up and down while driving and the
hight changer is loose, i.e does not engate to keep the seat at a
certain height.

I can feel a bar is loose attacched to this handle but no more.

ANy idea whats this is likey to be and what to look at.

I have air bags in the seat so am aware I need to disconnect the batt
before removing seat if i need to do this. Is that easy to do.

THanks in advance, Steve
