Check the throttle linkage is in spec, and check the pump belt. It is an option on some - in fact if you look at the spec of the E65 the voice button (top left on wheel) is often a blank. Perhaps you have the wrong wheel fitted or nobody noticed at the factory. If you paid for voice control the go back to the dealer and moan.
