I believe that that's the "transmission program" light, which usually
means your tranny has failed. Big bucks.

It will reset everytime you turn off the car, and not come on again
until a fault is detected. You need to get the codes read out (usually
at a dealer or specialist) to figure out how bad it is.

It's also the first indication of low system volts so check this before
spending serious money.
