You are stuck in sport mode*, snow mode or perhaps limp home mode? * will go into 4th, but only when nearing 200kph and the red line. Try exercising the mode switch a few times (when stationary) and then accelerate gently to ~120kmph > The tranny works fine exept for the upshift into 4th gear.
