Is the BMW Certified Pre-Owned warranty transferable? ANd also what does it
cover and not cover especially in relation to the Primary warranty???

In the UK it is transferable. Sorry don't understand the part about primary
warranty. Have you checked out your national BMW website? On the UK site
it lists the benefits of the used car warranty.
