Does anyone know the recommended tyre pressure for Yokohama A539 205/40R 17

It will depend what vehicle they're fitted to.

Tyres will have their maximum pressure printed on the sidewall. However the
car manufacturer might recommend a different pressure based on weight
distribution and handling characteristics of an individual car. Those
vehicle-specific pressures are usually listed within the driver's side door
frame--use those pressures.
