I have recently acquired a 535I. There are some quirks that I am
trying to understand.

1. Occasionally, the ABS indicator light goes on, indicating a fault
of some kind in the ABS system. If I re-start the car, the light goes
out. This behaviour appears intermittent.

2. After the car is turned off, there is an inexplicable "buzzing"
sound coming from underneath the dashboard.

If anyone has any idea what is going on, please respond.

Oh yes, and another problem:

3. The mileage gauge only works intermittently. When it doesn't work,
it appears to work again after I restart the car.

This is the HVAC system's outdoor vent closing.
