I have an intermittant fault that causes the airbag fault light (dealer
reset) to come on. Dealer diags indicate it is the passenger seatbelt
pre-tensioner wiring but this has been replaced twice and reseated several
times. Anyone experienced this and what may fix it? It is driving me crazy.

BMW Australia's service bulletin number 61 01 03.

Have your dealer fix the car correctly, or take it to a competent shop.  I
have excellent recommendations for Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, contact
me if you want their details.
