Do all E46 indash CD-players control CD-changer?

Do all E46 one disk indash CD-players (Business CD) control BMW CD-changer?
I have Tape/FM now with trunk mounted BMW CD-changer and I'm considering to
upgrade to indash player, but I'm not sure if I'm able to keep my changer
after doing so.

Does anyone know for sure?

Should work. I have the "Business CD" and it controls a changer in
the trunk with no mods.
