My Driver Seat has finally disintegrated under my bulk.
Any recoomendations where to get a 2nd one in or around SE London?

Else I may have to spring for a new seat.

Not in London, but a good bet would be FAB Recycling (www.fabdirect.com)
- let them know what car, elec/manual, leather/cloth and they'll get one
delivered to you post haste!

...& they'll charge you twice as much as a regular breaker if not
more.

If it's for an E36 or E34 try www.bmspares.co.uk in Harlow. Again,
not SE London but might be worth a call. ...or try exchange & mart.

there is a multitude of breakers around Erith on the marshes Yellow pages is the thing
but then if you know Bexleyheath drive to bexleyheath from Welling and just past the job
centre on the left is a BMW breaker (not a scrap yard) a shop and they have all BMW spares
and if not in the shop they will get it for you

All, thanks for your help. I found a place in Ashford, Kent.

bmw-wise - cheap too. They dont split a set of seats (Like most people a
called)

100+VAT for sliver/grey felt seats (very grubby - needed valet)
[Fabdirect were selling same for 200+ already cleaned or driver seat only
for 75+ )

But I saw a set of Black Leather for 350+Vat so guess which I bought...

[ Hint: the cheeky chappie said "No offense like but all the "coloured"
folk like their leathers. Thankfully he didnt try to sell me some spinner
rims with matching "bling bling" ]
