Squeeky Driver Seat

I have a very squeeky driver seat on my 99 528i and it's starting to drive
me crazy.  No matter how much WD-40 or lube I put down there, I can't seem
to isolate where the squeek is coming from.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there an easy way to resolve it?  I
even thought of removing the seat but I'm not sure how to do that.

Help!

Greetings,

Don't know if the 5 series uses the same seat as the 3 series, but "Total
BMW Magazine" had a helpful article dealing with exact problem last month.
You should be able to get it from back issues. If you email me direct and if
iv'e still got the article, i'll scan and email it to you.
Hope this helps.
