Hi, I'm looking for the following information (I was unable to find it
anywhere).

For the Canadian E46 325Ci, in what model year(s) did BMW make the
following improvements:
1) Bi-xenon headlamps (instead of low-beam-only).
2) LED tail lamps.

Many thanks,
-Nick

It depends what you call "model year".  In the US and Canada, the
facelifted coupes (with LED taillamps) were 2004 model-year cars.  For
most other markets, it was a mid-year facelift.  2003.5, if you will.
Anyway, production started in March 2003 for the first deliveries in
April.

Bi-Xenon headlamps for the coupe and sedans kicked off in September
2001, IIRC.
