Is there any technical BMW sites where I can get an answer to the following
question?

Drive a 2003 330i .. Is there any item on the market I can use with my
exisitng cell phone. I have a Motorola V300.. Any thoughts? I am aware I
could have bought a Factory phone, but did not...

Try some of the following...

1) www.x5world.net - Not directly E46 related but there is plenty of
crossover information here.
2) www.bimmerfest.com - Great forums for people with questions
3) www.bmwnation.com - Excellent site (includes the car/key memory pages ->
www.bmwnation.com/tech/glossary/tech_3carkeycfg_01.html)
4) www.kalach.easynet.be/bmw_wheels.htm - All the BMW wheel information you
could ever want :)
5) www.tru64.org/~jmh/x5/phone/ - Janix's X5 Page (some crossover info here
for other models)
6) bmwtips.com/ - BMW tips & tricks (cool Navigation Demo mode, etc)
7) www.bmwnav.com - Excellent site on BMW Navigation
8) www.geocities.com/MotorCity/4200/e46cdchanger.html - Install your own CD
Changer
9) www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/Toolbox/Appl/CargoTracking/index.jsp - if you've
ordered a new BMW and it's on the ship - Track it! (insert your VIN in the
Auto section) Awesome site
10) www.mdload.com/bluetooth/ - the unofficial BMW Bluetooth FAQ
