Problem With BMW 328IS

How can I fix a loose heat shield (for the catalytic converter)? Any help
will be appreciated.

Use stainless steel hose clamps. You may have to put a few together to cover
the circumference. Also they sell large sizes for trucks etc. Use a
measuring tape around the cat so you know what size you are looking for
