Sunroof won't close

I've just replaced the fusible link in my '91 M5. Now, attempting to
close the opened S/R I hear clicks, as if a solonoid is firing, but no
movement as I move the switch. I've checked both fuseboxes but can find
no fuse consumer labeled "Sunroof". Central locking and windows work.

Suggestions?

If you pull the cover off where the switch is located, you can manually wind
the roof closed. If you can not wind it closed with the tool in the tool
kit, then you have trouble with the mechanism, which goes a long way in
explaining the blown fuse.

Thnx for the answer, but I found a solution on a BMW message board
archives.  Another guy found that after disconnecting the battery, his
S/R wouldn't close.  He held the switch on for about a minute.  That
seemed to reset everything.  I tried it and now it all works.  There was
no blown fuse; I replaced the fusible link as part of an effort to
correct another issue with the car.
