Hi,

My son-in-law and my daughter are
visiting for the holiday, and we are
expecting snow.  He doesn't have a
manual for the car, and doesn't know
how to turn the traction control on/off.

Help!!

Push the button above the cup holder that says either ASC or DSC.  That will
turn it off.  Everytime you start the car it will automatically be turned
back on.

Traction control is ON by default.  You can turn it off, e.g., if you
need to rock the car to get out of a snow drift, by pressing the "ASC"
or "DSC" button on the console.  You need to press it again, or shut
off and restart the car, to turn the traction control again.  While
it's off, you'll see a yellow triangle/circle skid warning icon in the
instrument cluster.
