Cost for a full maintenance program

I have a 2003 325i and the dealer told me they
can sell me full maintenance plan to 6 yr/100K
(the car is 2 years old and has about 36K right now).
The quote for that at my local dealer was $1395.
I called another place they quoted $1095!
If you got one, how much did you pay for it?

if you are in the US, new BMW's come with 4 year 50K miles free maintenance
already. In my opinion, unless you are a complete tool (bad thing ;-) )
when it come to working on your car, I wouldn't get it. That's just me and I
like to work on cars.
