These guys in Ft. Lauderdale will not return your emails.
They take your money and do eventually send a part but will not reply when
the part goes bad.
I don't understand why businesses choose to be this way.

Go visit their shop, tell them your complaint, THEN, to make the point
stick, find the most expensive thing inside the store and heave it across
the room as hard as you can. THEN tell them YOUR customer service MIGHT
return their emails.! Works every time !

I put in an order in the beginning of November, and this guy (Marc
Goldberg) took my $, and ran! I tried e-mailing him for a month and got
no replies (of course I got a quick reply when I initially ordered the
part though). I never received the part, and I still have not received a
refund. I paid through PayPal and they haven't been able to get the money
from the guy!
Now his website is gone and who knows where he is...he is lucky I don't
live in Florida!

He was probably never in Florida. YOU'RE lucky you don't live in Nigeria.
