E90 Coupe?

I'm reading things about the new 3 Series saloon coming out this Spring, but
nothing of the Coupe. Can someone confirm when the coupe will be released
please, to the UK market?

Will the coupe and convertible be launched at the same time? I heard they
would be badged 4 series. Will the convertible have a rag top or a 'proper'
roof as with Mercedes offerings?

4 series (vice calling it a 3 series) is in doubt. Evidently, it costs a
bundle (???) to rebadge the car.

Traditionally with BMWs, the coupe and convertible are released a
year after the sedan. That's how they did the E46.
