My dreaded automatic wipers have suddenly become over-sensitive.

It seems that especially when in motion and at speed, they come on & swipe
far too frequently, or even stay on, even in very light mist.

The dealer said that they adjusted the sensitivity, but there was no change.

My guess is that there is a program that adjusts the swipe speed based upon
the speed of the car, & that this can be re-programmed.  Am I close?

The wipers respond to the sensitivity setting (3 position IIRC) within the
stalk AND to vehicle speed.  I think you're correct, but not sure how you'd
do the reprogrammng.  I don't think its part of the OBC.
