Just out of curiosity, does anyone know how much current they draw?
I imagine it's quite a bit, as they get warm quite quickly.

Check the value for the fuse(s) they are connected to. The maximum draw will
be 80% or less of that value.

30 Amp for both seats, and lumbar motor, so not a lot of help.

What is it that you are trying to determine? If you want the actual draw you
could always just use a meter.

As I intimated in my original post. I'm not that fussed about it. Just
curious.
I just thaught someone might know the answer offhand.
Checking the battery draw with a meter, is more hassle than the answer is
worth, with the battery being under the back seat squab of a 5 series.

You wouldn't have to go to the battery, only the seat.
