With a motorola v3(bluetooth), what is required to use it on the car, with
the existing pre-wiring and be able to use the steering wheel functions

If your car is Bluetooth ready, there should be "pairing" instructions with
the necessary pairing code. Once the phone has been paired, you should be
ready to go.
