Clutch Delay Valve...

Has anyone had any experience with replacing this valve with a
modified valve?

Does the modified valve (or removal of the original valve) improve the
shifting characteristics?

I replaced mine (E36) and the clutch actuation was immediately improved.

I don't know, do you really want to pay $35 for this "valve" being
sold? UUC tech tips tells you how to modify your car for FREE:
