It's a Used Car, well that changes things. It might not be a warranty
service call. I thought you were having troubles with a new car. I don't
know how they can refuse the claime either, but I'm confident they will try
to find a way. Good luck ...
I suspect there is something covering the eye that reads the surface of the
CDs. A business card could be in there.
Sorry, I thought I'd made it plain that it was a used car when I said I'd
taken delivery of a 2000 330Ci, but hey, this is how we learn.
Doesn't look like there's any foreign bodies in there. I must admit I was
thinking that there's either a problem with the autochanger itself, or the
wiring between the changer and the head unit, particularly as the head unit
seems to be working perfectly. Either way, the head unit doesn't think
there's any discs to play ...
