Im having an issue with my abs light coming on intermittantly, and not with
any degree of regularity. Light may come on when the car starts, quick shut
off and restart clears it. The wierd part is that sometimes it will come on
after a few minutes, other times not for 30 or so KM when breaking downtown.
Im completely baffled. I cant imagine it would have anything to do with the
sensor teeth or the relay which were my two initial concerns. Any help or
ideas with how to fix this would be great.
Thanks,
Matt

Could be the ABS relay, that would explain the intermittent nature of
the fault.

I'm pretty sure you are having a speed sensor at one of the wheels going out
on you.

Could be the ABS sensor getting jammed up with brake dust and such

Thanks for the replys guys.
I tested the ABS pump relay and it seems that it could be the problem. When
the impedance was tested on the closed circuit it was open load. Waiting on
the part from the dealer. Also I cleaned up the sensors/teeth and noticed
that one of the rear right teeth seems to be slightly damaged. This would
cause a fault as soon as it moved past the sensor wouldnt it? Not too much
else I can do until the part comes in so any other insight would be great.
