To advertise to any TC that there may be something of particular interest
about the car and / or its driver that may make it worthy of a stop, fixed
penalty or even prosecution...

Generally with kids of 17-25 inside, usually with a stash. Always good for a
search.

There's a white E30 M3 that runs around town here quite a bit that
has the white neon under it. He has also added the angel eye
headlights to it and some real nice uphostery in the interior. While
I'm not a big fan of the neon, it really sets this car off when he
shows up at one of the local car get togethers. These get togethers
around here are normally a few domestic cars from the 80-90's era, one
or two from the 60's and a bunch of hondas and nissans. He definitely
steals the show when he pulls in.
