Will 19" BMW 745 750 760 E65 takeoff wheels and tires fit a E39 530 with the
sport package?

Not 100% sure, but most likely not. The hub centers on the E39 are
larger than almost every other BMW for some reason. That means you can
put E39 wheels on almost every other BMW with the addition of adapter
centering rings (assuming the offset is OK), byt not vice-versa.

Personally, I think 19" wheels are overkill anyway and will end up
ruining the ride quality in your 530. Whether they look good or not is
personal opinion, mine being they don't.
