Hi All

My HD failed so i lost the links for good aftermarket parts in the UK for my
91 E34.

I do know (i think) i will need one of those fan coupling things, im sure
mine doesnt work...again im the one whos off driving to E Germany in Sept.

Do these cars just have a normal type ball joint, ie use a joint seperator
tool? I have not got a manual or owt for my car, cant find one.

My main concern at the mo. The car came with a Clifford G5 alarm, where it
would beep when activatied and the led would flash in the car...now no been
and a constant led lit. I have looked at the website and i cant find any car
alarm groups!

So far so good with the car, my frist beemer, 1600 miles in about 6-7 weeks

Hope some people can help!

ta!!

Eurocarparts or German Swedish and French Car Parts.

Which ball joints?

Haynes do one which sorts of covers the E34 - but not the later engines.
Possibly better than nothing.

If the LED is normally off when the alarm isn't activated, it may have got
itself confused, and powering it down *may* sort it. Otherwise you might
need to find an alarm specialist or just change it for a new one.
