CA-241 is the toll road through eastern Orange County, CA.  It
currently starts at CA-91 near the Riverside County line and ends in
southeast OC, miles away from its planned terminus at I-5 near the San
Diego County line.

I just received the following message from

Coastal Commission voted against completion of the 241. However, TCA
remains fully committed to seeing this project through and has
