unhappiness is being stuck behind some sloth and watching that same
arrow expire as the sloth doesn't understand that it saves fuel not to
stop every 500 feet. (just barely made an arrow on yellow this morning
when I was able to get clear of the sloth. The sloth of course turned on
red.. It is a NO TURN ON RED right, which is why acceleration from the
previous light is so important.)

Worst of all when there's no left green arrow:  The jerk in front of you
stays behind the limit line all through the green light and then floors
it to make the turn as soon as the light turns red.  Getting TWO of
these jerks ahead of you is enough to make murder of the second person a
justifiable offense.

So what if there was? I didn't exceed the speed limit, and I didn't
run a red light. I didn't even squeal my tires.

Doesn't "aggressive driving" cover a multitude of sins?  Sort of like
"driving while conspicuous".

OK, I'm sure any cop could trump up some charge if he really wanted to
("exhibition of speed" is a good vague catch-all), but there was
nothing illegal about what I did. Just good clean fun!! :)
